A Christmas Parade...

Saturday Wyatt, my mom and me went to the annual Christmas Parade. This was the first one I have been to in a long time... it brought back a lot of memories that I couldn't wait to share with Wyatt. The excitement of the crowd the floats filled with a ton of lights and of course the chance to see Santa.

Just after we arrived we soon heard the sirens blare as the police cleared the streets for the parade to start.SONY DSC SONY DSC
Not long after that the floats appeared. We cheer and clapped as they passed by...

And when it came to an end we saw what we came for... Santa's float. you could hear the crowd cheer and scream for Santa to look this way and that way and Wyatt was stunned to see him or it could have been the cold but he sat there in his car seat watching as Santa passed by.

Maybe next year he will be different. After the parade they had a program were Santa helped the parade princess turn on the parks Christmas lights which then also started the firework show   SONY DSC SONY DSC

We didn't stay long after that it was cold and crowed plus Wyatt had to go pee pee. But as we left we were surrounded with the Christmas spirit and the longing of putting up my own Christmas tree.
