A Fifteen Dollar Adventure

I worked today which is hard for Wyatt especially if he is being watched by Grandpa Christensen. He normally cries every time I leave which results in me bribing him to stop because I cant bare to go to work knowing he is upset.
Today's bribe... A train ride through the mall with lunch plus a carousel ride.
All Wyatt kept saying to me over and over was ... Momma I looovve you.

just watching his face light up made me think... I would spend a trillion dollars to see you this happy every day.
I love you too Goose.

  1. He's so adorable (and smart, too...he knows how to get him some extra treats! ;D) I know how it feels, though, to have to leave a crying and upset child with someone to look after while I have to go to school. Although my Munchkin was so gutwrenchingly sad for many mornings last year, she always came home from daycare with a smile and stories to tell from her fun day. The tears, apparently, pass as soon as mom is out of sight ;D

But, lovely to see such a happy little boy! He sure had fun on that carousell <3
