It was one of those good days…

You know when you wake up and you can feel that everything is going to be great?

That was today.

I went to work early to finish payroll. I ended up clearing out my whole inbox and answered all my emails and left with a sense of calm plus when I came home 2 hours later, Wyatt was waiting at the door for me and gave me the biggest hug ever. It was just what I needed.

We then ate breakfast together, talked about nonsense which led him to tell me that it would be a good day to be a super hero, because he knew that a cape would be needed to save the world today.

I agreed. So we found his cape and made sure he wore it.

We than woke up daddy, by jumping on the bed, which turned into a tickle fight.

It was fabulous!

A little later we headed up to SLC to pick up our brand new used car. Which we talked the guy down on.

Then we had a yummy lunch at Hooters where Wyatt charmed the nice waitress in giving him a balloon and half off on our food. ::score::

And when we got home Wyatt and I cuddled on my bed to watch a movie while Cody went to work for a few hours.

But instead we both ended up taking a nice long nap. We only woke up because daddy joined us in the bed where him and I talked like our old dating days.

That led us to decided that tonight's dinner should only consist of ice cream and fresh fudge from the local soda shop since that's what we used to do while we were dating. Man, was that the best dinner we’ve had in a long time.

Today was a good day.
