For this edit I wanted it to look like it was rusting away to soon disappear. To do that I first cleaned up the levels, contrast... so forth. Then I used the lovely action from PW and the boost adjust the Opacity to my liking then I went back into the adjust levels and fixed just background because I didn't like that it was tinted blue. Then I added textures that I got for free from Everyday Elements but I set it to lighten the photo in the layers instead of the normal soft light, screen or overlay I use. Now I didn't simplify or erase the texture away from anything because I liked how it looked. I believe I did lower the opacity though. I then added an edge burn stamped my name on it sharpened it with the define sharp action PW lowered it a little then fixed the color noise and was done.
