My Momma Makes Scones (Vlog)

Okay its long again...  but you should have seen what it was before I edited it! ha-ha! Next week vlog... 3 mins! I swear!
and... I look gross but so hott (with 2 t's) all at the same time... it will blow your mind! Seriously I don't think you will be able to handle it.

My momma's Scones:
2 TLBS yeast (1pk)
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 cup HOT milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
5 1/2 cup Flour
Put yeast and warm water in separate bowl to rise
Mix Sugar, butter, salt together once mixed pour HOT milk over and let cool. once it has cooled. Blend in 1 cup flour beat until smooth. Stir in yeast and half of the remaining flour mix then add 2 eggs. Beat in the rest of the flour.
Cover and let rise for 30 min.
roll out dough until it is 1/2 inch thick cut into diamond shapes heat in 3 inches of oil until golden brown.

  2. Wow--awesome how to video! I don't know how you managed to handle doing all of those things at once; I would totally be in the hospital right now recovering from burns sustained from dropping the camera in the hot oil or something. If you have any leftover, you can send them my way!
