I’m gonna be successfuller then you.

So a few days ago I decided that I needed to teach Wyatt the concept of saving money that he gets for doing chores around the house.  He ended up saving $8.95 that he choose to use today.

(he gets a quarter each time he picks up his room and living room plus he would find change on the ground that he’d put in his pocket to save in his money jar.)

He purchased Nerf guns, then cried because he had no more money left.

But then he said this to me threw his tears… “Mom, I’m gonna get a job and make me lots of money so then I can buy me whatever I want.” and with a smirk on his face he looked me dead in the eye and said this…“I’m gonna be successfuller then you.”

Deal.

While you’re at it kid, make sure you make enough so I don’t ever have to work again.
