So I love my photos to have a lot deep color I just think it looks more interesting.
Here's the after shot of the two cowgirls at the rodeo.

As you can see its a lot different.
What I first did was darken the exposure and added contrast using the guided mode in PSE8 then I adjusted the colors using the adjust levels mode until I like how it looked.
Then I went into the full mode and used the clone stamp tool to remove the trucks. That was my first time using the tool so it took me a long time to figure it out. And I feel like you can still tell that I removed something if you look at it closer. So if you have tips with that let me know.
Then I added a vignette around the edges reduced the color noise sharpened and was done.
